The “FORT BOYARD” trademark, the title of the show, its logo and the associated visual elements are the property of their respective owners, in particular Adventure Line Productions (ALP) / Banijay France and France Télévisions (France 2). The Fort Boyard show is produced by ALP and broadcast on France 2; trademark management is handled by France tv distribution. The fort itself (fort Boyard) is owned by the Département de la Charente-Maritime.
